Adam Milford: Actor

I have always enjoyed theatre, and although I had acted in a few plays, I only discovered a love for acting half way through my Theatre Studies degree when I took part in a week-long residency with Fecund Theatre. As a group we devised a 30 minute performance in which I found myself challenged, thrilled and thrown into a featured role. I was hooked!

I went on to take part in every production I could, at one point rehearsing six plays while continuing to develop my own work. I went on to study acting at the Academy Drama School in Whitechapel, London (now known as the Actor Works) and graduated in 2000.

My credits have included roles in both classical and contemporary theatre, TIE, film, voice over, and a lot more besides.

I love Shakespeare, and have a passion for contemporary theatre. I am most inspired by the work of Artaud, Jaques Leqoc, Grotowski, Brecht, Frantic Assembly, Circus, Mask and Theatre De Complicite and more...
